This support package is perfect if you're wanting to achieve your goals, have support on hand when you're moving through your sleep plan and move at a pace that suits you and your child. My sleep plans are incredibly thorough, packed full of personal recommendations that suit your family. You'll have 3 support email conversations to use within 3 months. Includes: - Assessment - Consultation - Sleep Plan - 3 support emails over 3 months Please book 5 days in advance as I will need 5 days of sleep logs pre consultation.
