Service Description

This 3 week support package is literally the essential service that will get you through this sleep challenge or crisis. I listen to your goals, what you want to change, what you don't want to change and create a personalised plan that suits your family. My focus is on ensuring the changes we make suit your parenting choices, moving at a pace that you are comfortable with. We work closely to completely transform sleep for your family in 3 weeks and celebrate those wins together. Includes: - Assessment - Consultation - 3 weeks of support - Personal Sleep Plan Please note: to add siblings or multiples £100 is added to the total and you will be invoiced seperately.
