Terms and Conditions

COACHING TERMS

You understand that:

● You are responsible for creating your own results and results are not guaranteed

● Coaching does not offer or replace medical advice

● If you have specific concerns about your health or someone in your family’s health, you should always seek advice from a healthcare professional. 

● You may be requested to undertake certain assessments prior to the commencement of the Consultation and you understand that not completing these assessments will result in your consultation being rescheduled. Failure to complete the assessments before a consultation twice, will result in cancellation and no refund will be granted.

● In exceptional circumstances, I may need to rearrange a consultation or support call. In those instances I will give you as much notice as possible and prioritise the rescheduled call.

● Bespoke sleep plans are unique to your family and your situation and should not be shared with others. I accept no liability for the failure of a plan that has been shared with someone else.

● You understand that if I offer extra support days (due to exceptional circumstances) this is a good will gesture and I can cease this support at anytime depending on workload.

Refunds:

If you cancel an online consultation at least 24 hours before our scheduled call, a full refund will be granted if you notify me with at least 24 hours notice. 

 

If you cancel within 24 hours of the consultation, or if the consultation has been already carried out, I cannot offer you a refund.

 

Any email or WhatsApp support is your responsibility to use, and no refund can be given for unused support – as I plan and limit my workload around my 1:1 clients. If, in special circumstances, I have agreed to pause remaining WhatsApp support it is your responsibility to use and no refund can be given if you don't use the remaining support.

 

Any downloadable products are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the purchase, please get in touch and a partial refund might be granted.

 

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you don't receive the refund within 14 working days please contact me.
